Despatch and delivery times
Our products are despatched from our UK base in Halifax, West Yorkshire. We ensure that packages are sent out on time and are packed so that they arrive in perfect condition. If you have received a shipping confirmation email, then your order is now on its way to you, and should be with you within 3-5 days of receipt of the email (UK orders only). We would request that if you have received a shipping confirmation email you do not contact the customer service department until 21 days after shipment, when we can then investigate if your order has not arrived. We expect Airmail deliveries to reach most destinations within 6 to 10 days. However, if after 28 days the parcel has not arrived, please contact us with confirmation of your shipping address.
If the details provided are all correct, we can declare the item lost and issue a replacement order to you.

Part Shipment
All items are shipped individually and payment for items is taken at point of shipping. Any outstanding items not in stock will require re authorisation of the remaining balance.
It is possible that the original and reauthorisation transactions can appear on your card transaction history until the card issuer has updated their system overnight.
Returning goods
If you need to return your order to us for any reason, please contact us first to arrange your return. If for any reason the goods we deliver are faulty, let us know within 14 days of receipt of your product and we will refund your costs of returning the package to us, if returning the product is necessary for repair or replacement. If the goods are returned for any other reason, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

All goods that are returned to e-buygone.net are the responsibility of the customer and you may wish to send goods by registered post. We are not liable for goods that do not reach us. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
