Place an Order.
To place an order, you add items to your basket then proceed to the checkout to pay.
To add an item to the basket click on the “buy” button of the product you would like. You will see it appear in your basket which is located at the left of each page. You can remove any item from the basket by clicking on the dustbin icon in the basket.
Once you have made your choice, click on the “Checkout” button in the basket. You will be asked to login or register if you haven’t done so already, then you will see your order in the checkout.
You can still remove items from your order or go back to the site from the checkout.
Telephone Orders.
e-buygone is primarily an online retailer so it is quicker and easier to place your order online. We are not geared to deal with telephone orders. However, under certain circumstances, and at the discretion of the customer services manager, telephone orders may be taken.
If a telephone order is accepted the customer will still have to register online first so that details are securely stored.
The Checkout.
The checkout show all of the details of your order and this is where you pay.You can view the delivery and payment details, card details, the items you have selected and the value of your order.
You will also be able to select other options such as a different delivery address, and the opportunity to redeem a gift or discount voucher if you have one.
To complete the order you will need to enter your security number from your credit card – this is the last 3 digits of the number on the back of your card, and click “Confirm”.
Your card will be checked with our Streamline bank payment system, and once processed you will receive a confirmation email containing all of the order information.
Payments.
When you place an order the funds are reserved by your card issuer to ensure funds are available. We do not take payment until your item is shipped.

Your order will now appear in your account history so you can view its status. Log in to your account and select “My Account” to see ypour details, scroll dpwn to view order history (if you have any).
Currency.
e-buygone currently displays all prices in UK Stirling.
VAT.
All items bar the Teacher Resource packs and replica Newspapers are subject to 17.5% VAT within the UK and is subsequently paid to HM Government in the appropriate fashion.
Vouchers.
Occasionally you may receive a discount voucher to use on the e-buygone.net website. The voucher is actually a code that must be entered in the Voucher box on the checkout page. Once you enter the voucher code, the value of the voucher will be deducted from your order.
My Account.
This is where all of the information regarding your account is kept.
You can log in to “My Account” at the top of any page.
Here you are able to view the status of your orders or cancel an outstanding order.
You can also change your address or phone number, add a new delivery address or change your credit card details. Please remember to enter your current password before 'Update Details' and include a landline telephone number if you have not already entered one with your registration details as this is now a required field.

Please note that all registrations must be completed online by the customer only.
For security reasons e-buygone staff cannot register over the phone on behalf of any customer.
Before you make your first purchase with e-buygone you will need to register and choose a security password.
You can do this at any time by clicking on “Login” at the top of any page, or you can register once you have added items to your basket and selected “checkout”.
To register you will be asked to fill in your name, address, email address, password and for security purposes your home telephone number. The address you provide must be the same as that of the credit card you use to make payment.
You will then be asked to fill in your credit card details. We store these details but as an extra level of security we do not store the 3 digit security number from the back of your card.
Each time you place an order you will be asked at the checkout to provide this security number.
Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email. If you should not receive an email please contact us
. This is important as all correspondence between ourselves and you will be sent to the email address you register with.
Once registered you will just need to login using your email address and password each time you wish to make a purchase on the site.
